By using this site, placing an order, or submitting a form, you agree to the terms below.
Orders and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and are charged at checkout through a secure payment provider. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies. An order is accepted once payment clears and you receive a confirmation.
Preorders and shipping
Orders placed before the July 25, 2026 release are preorders and ship the week of release. Print orders ship within the United States and Canada. Delivery times depend on the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Digital copies
eBook purchases are emailed on release day and are licensed for your personal use. Because digital files cannot be returned, eBook sales are final. Copying, resale, or public distribution of the file is not permitted.
Returns
Print copies may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in resale condition. Damaged or misprinted books are replaced at no cost. Write to the address below to start a return or report a problem.
Appointments and bookings
Nail appointment requests, speaking inquiries, and media requests are requests, not confirmations. A booking exists only once it has been confirmed in writing, along with any deposit, scheduling, or cancellation terms agreed at that time.

The text, images, cover art, and design on this site belong to Dr. Phat and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission. Press and media may use materials from the press kit with credit.
