When you join the VIP list, request an appointment, submit an event or media inquiry, or place an order, you provide details such as your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and anything you type into a message field. Orders are processed by a secure payment provider that handles your card details directly. Full card numbers are never stored on this site.
How it is used
Your information is used to fulfill and ship orders, answer your questions, confirm appointments and events, and send release news or occasional updates if you asked for them. It is not sold, rented, or traded.
Who else sees it
Only the service providers needed to run this site, such as the payment processor, the hosting and database provider, and shipping carriers. Each one only receives what it needs to do its job. Information may also be disclosed if the law requires it.
VIP list emails are optional and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message or by writing to the address below. Order confirmations and shipping notices are transactional and are sent even if you are not on the VIP list.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses only the cookies and local browser storage needed to keep the site working, including your cart and checkout session. If analytics are added later, this page will be updated first.
Your choices
You may request a copy of the information held about you, ask for corrections, or ask for it to be deleted. Records tied to a completed order may be kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
